Cingular, I got an idea...

So tonight I dialed 411 on my cell phone.

411: "Cingular wireless...what city and state?"

Me: "Grapevine, TX"

411: " How can I help you?"

Me: "Best Buy"

411: "Hang on...have a great day."

Then the cool automated voice comes on a says..."The num-ber you re-quest-ed is blah blah blah - blah blah blah - blah blah blah blah. For no extra charge we will connect you (or something like that.)"

So while auto voice person is stating the number - I am driving - I am looking for a pen and something to write the number because with my luck...I will get disconnected or need to call Best Buy back. Then it hit me...Cingular needs to provide another option than just connecting about this "Press 1 to download this number to your phone." BAM! Who would not love that!
